  • A single high-priority task or issue. This can include layout fixes, mobile adjustments, content updates, design refinements, form issues, basic SEO tweaks, or guided training.

    If your request is larger than one hour, we’ll let you know and you can upgrade to a VIP Day anytime.

  • Yes, if you need something fixed quickly, want expert guidance, or have one clear task you’ve been stuck on. It’s perfect for quick wins, small improvements, and fast problem-solving.

  • No. This session is exclusively for Squarespace sites.

  • After booking, you’ll receive access to your Client Portal. Please submit:

    • your main task or issue

    • any screenshots, files, or text needed

    • your Squarespace URL and access (Contributor or higher) to hello@zuzanndesign.com

    • Submitting early helps us get the most done.

  • Not necessarily! You can choose:

    • Done-For-You — we complete the update while you step away

    • Guided Support — we walk through it together

    • A blended approach

  • Absolutely. We can teach you how to update pages, manage content, improve SEO basics, or use Squarespace more confidently.

  • You can easily upgrade to a Half-Day (4 hours) or Full-Day VIP (8 hours). Many clients start with an hour and expand only if needed.

  • Within 24 hours of booking. This is where you’ll submit your task and communicate with your Squarespace designer.

  • You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a $50 USD rescheduling fee. Rescheduling isn't available within 48 hours since the time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • No. Support sessions are non-refundable because your booking reserves a specific time slot that can’t be refilled last-minute.

  • Arriving late shortens our available time. No-shows or missed appointments are considered complete and non-refundable.

  • Yes. You get 7 days of email support afterward for questions or clarifications.

  • We can troubleshoot and advise, but paid plugins, complex code, or advanced integrations may fall outside the hour. If needed, we’ll discuss whether more time is required.

  • Absolutely — and you get 10% OFF all future sessions, including VIP Design Days!
